Social Proof Sidekick
Kirsty Fanton is a launch copywriter and educator that leverages her background in psychology in everything that she does. Her newest offering (for other copywriters and all kinds of business owners) is the Social Proof sidekick- an ebook that teaches readers how to collect and leverage social proof in the most effective ways.
The Problem
Having worked together on The Mirror Journal, it was important for this resource to feel united with Kirsty’s brand and other offerings. Large amounts of content were needing to be communicated in a way that was easy to digest and refer back to in the future. Other features of the product included an interactive PDF form-builder as well as a large array of screenshots that served as evidence.
The Solution
Rather than using all of Kirsty’s bright brand colours, the bold blue (and supporting creams) was chosen to be the uniting link in artwork. Title pages feature collages of moving hands to suggest the idea of people talking to each (and giving feedback) with paper textures helping to bring some tactility to an otherwise digital experience. The internal typesetting and annotation call-outs are kept intentionally minimal to increase readability and ensure easy printing incase users wanted to print it for reference.
